Sarrah Zadeh

With a foundation that bridges science, movement, and ancient wisdom, Sarrah Zadeh has spent more than twenty years exploring the full spectrum of wellness. Trained in sports nutrition and physical conditioning, her early work focused on understanding the body through discipline and performance.

While studying in medical school, Sarrah discovered Ayurveda — a revelation that shifted her path from treating symptoms to understanding the deeper patterns of balance and awareness. She left the medical track to study Ayurveda formally, completing her certification through Kerala Ayurveda Academy and continuing her studies in yoga, pranayama, and meditative practices.

She later served as Director of the Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Zadeh founded AyurSol as a space to share this integrative approach — one that unites the precision of Western science with the depth of Eastern philosophy. Through personalized Ayurveda and meditation guidance, she helps others reconnect with their own capacity for harmony, vitality, and self-understanding.

Having personally experienced the impact of imbalance, Sarrah’s work reflects a deep understanding of the body’s innate capacity to restore itself through awareness and intentional living.

She holds a BA in Art from the University of Houston, with additional studies in biology and certification in Sports Nutrition (ISSA). Dividing her time between the United States and Colombia, Sarrah offers private guidance and wellness seminars to clients worldwide.

“AyurSol is about remembering what the body already knows — that balance isn’t achieved, it’s revealed.”
